It's time for Nay to play catch up on her reading! I enjoyed the look at these three in this way; how clever of you to have found that thread between them all. I think you pulled it off well! Also, much love for Jecht here, being the one to call Auron on what he says about love. Oh, I enjoy these three together so much. STOP HITTING MY KINKS HIT THEM OFTEN AND WITH GUSTO, PLZ! On top of that, oh, the word count is lovely. I was really able to sink into this piece. Love it. :)

I do get to pounce on your for epithet abuse, though! In which I throw weight around and link you to this article (http://www.trickster.org/symposium/symp159.html)!

The man in red looked at his summoner, the sudden flare of anger in his eyes already fading as he sat back down. Yes, we know who is meant here, but by taking away their names it sort of adds in two extra people to the three already present. If I'm saying that correctly! Possibly not. But it threw me enough to think I should probably comment on it.

"We all did," Auron replied quietly. He half-smiled at his summoner and covered the other man's hand with his own. "But thank you, my lord." Actually, I'm not quite sure this counts, because of course there's only one summoner there and Auron is only pledged to Braska. Is there any reason you didn't use Braska's name? I can see why the phrase seems apt, but names are much more personal, and this seems a very personal moment.
