Nothing more than was represented by the catalog page. So in this case, a black tape dispenser. I can't expect additional features that aren't listed. I can quibble if the one I receive is grey or putty or rainbow colored, but perhaps not too much because the color wasn't actually listed in the description.

Whether it's worthy of that price is a judgement that each potential purchaser makes. Most will deem it not worthy at that price given the description. But should I decide to make the purchase, I can't expect anything different.

Now, what is problematic about the catalog page is the item description "best tape ever". First, it's not clear from the main entry that the dispenser will come pre-filled (seems to imply "batteries are included", if you will). That issue aside, they don't define what they mean by "best tape ever". I think that's highly subjective. I've never seen tape that could fit such a dispenser that would win in a fight with say duct tape or electrical tape. But I think that would be a case of "buyer beware".
