Nothing more than was represented by the catalog page. So in this case, a black tape dispenser. I can't expect additional features that aren't listed. I can quibble if the one I receive is grey or putty or rainbow colored, but perhaps not too much because the color wasn't actually listed in the description.
Whether it's worthy of that price is a judgement that each potential purchaser makes. Most will deem it not worthy at that price given the description. But should I decide to make the purchase, I can't expect anything different.
