Hrm.... well, I didn't register, which might help, but just put in "King Rat" by China Mieville, which I just read yesterday and loved, BTW. The ten recommendations included one Annais Nin, three non-fictions that were roughly grouped around kids, cultural diversity and counseling, one NF called "The Gift of Therapy" (okay, I guess you might need this if you were phobic about rats/spiders/birds). Most of the rest do seem to be fantasy, though. I'll register and see if/how that changes things.
