I hear all this stuff about same sex marriage and i can't help thinking 'why do people in the 21st century, gay or straight want to get married? It's a legally binding service that was created in an age when women had no political or social power and was designed to give them a secure future and last time i checked, women were pretty bloody good at securing their futures without male assistance. It's not even good for getting pissed anymore, i've been to three weddings in 5 years and been sober at all of them. How can it possibly be relevant in this day and age?
