Not surprising, but it's less likely to get anywhere because the Senate tends to be more pro-choice than the House, and Hatch is never going to vote for healthcare reform anyway. Stupak can hold Pelosi hostage in a way that Hatch can't. If, say, Ben Nelson made that threat, I'd be a more concerned.
