I went to college in the Philly area, so I became very familiar with its moody spring weather! Sadly, the forecast this time is more on the rainy and cold side (no snow, at least). Unfortunately I don't know how much time I'll get to do touristy stuff (although a cheesesteak is definitely on the agenda). I don't think I've ever been to the Rosenbach Museum, though, so thanks for the rec!
