Sorry, it stands for BioWare Social Network (I think). It's at social.bioware.com if you're interested. Like any social network, you can set up a profile and list your interests and acquire "friends" etc., but then other than that it functions mostly as a message board (or series of message boards) for BioWare game players. There are game-related and non-game-related boards and at least a couple for creative types to post fic, art, videos, mod links and discussions of all of the above, etc.
