And I hadn't considered that Kinoc might know the whole story of the Final Summoning. It certainly puts an interesting (and perhaps slightly less power-hungry) twist on his attempt to gain control of Vegnagun .

It's long been my headcanon that all the maesters know, and perhaps a few of other priests up in the hierarchy. Mika certainly knows, given what he says in your last conversation with him, so it seemed likely that other higher-ups might know as well.
