I'm so glad that you did this meme and inspired me to do it too! :D
I would be absolutely ground breaking if the DA3 promo materials showed a female PC. Due to how I've played the series, I have a hard time imagining Hawke as male although I can see the Warden as anyone. With my female Hawke, DA2 became so noticeably a story about women-holding-powerful-positions that it made me chuckle (in a good way) during so many scenes: Aveline, f!Hawke, Petrice, the Grand Cleric, Meredith, the Dalish Keeper. Meanwhile, Isabella and/or Merrill are looking over Hawke's shoulder. Squeeeee. So much fun to have a game that tossed sexism and sexist tropes (e.g., female healer, male tank) into the garbage.
As for the next game, Orlais feels like a must but Tevinter and the Anderfels are what appeal the most to me. The Anderfels so we can get more Grey Warden lore. Tevinter because I really want to see if it is really as bad a place as everyone has made it out to be.
I'll leave my comments about returning characters (particularly Cullen, an Alistair appearance, etc.) for when I post my day #30 response. Short answer: as much as I would like to see Cullen return due to what he has seen (and how well his experiences encapsulate the mage-templar war), I have legitimate worries about seeing his character promoted to a larger role. DLC would be fine though. Actual party member will either be a giant disappointment or a big win
