I'm glad you think it works, even if the parting of Anders and Justice might have been a little too easy -- I had a bit of worry about that, myself, and thought about having Bethany defeat them in epic battle, but that felt unrealistic for other reasons. But I knew I had to have the conversation between Elissa and Justice/Vengeance from the moment I started writing this story.

I totally agree about Elissa/Alistair -- I love them as a couple, but it can't be too easy a happily ever after, especially since it's DA2 canon that the Warden has disappeared by the time Cassandra interrogates Varric.
