Would you include the kinds of stories I tend to write -- missing scenes and pre- and post-canon stories -- within the category of novelization? Or are you specifically referring to stories that retell parts of game canon? Not that I never write personal takes on in-game scenes (some of the Hawke Alphabet stories come to mind, and Justify the Means, though that's an AU), and I agree that there are a lot of game-retelling stories in DA fandom (like in most videogame fandoms). Just wondering how you define the term.
