I like doing nominations, too, although it does pretty much take over my reading time for a couple of months. But I've discovered a lot of fun works, and I enjoy perusing all the rec lists. I hope that rec lists don't fall out of favor, due to the ways that some people conflate them with slates.

And definitely, recruiting new people to participate is always good, but I feel like it would be easier to convince this year's voters, because they already have nomination privileges.
