His last name doesn't mean anything to me, but I'm not very familiar with comics canon, so I'm not surprised. Since I imagine it's spoilery, don't tell me what the significance is. ;) But I'm happy to hear there's a good chance that the writers have plans to take Winn somewhere other than the Friend Zone.
