A friend linked the article Cain had written for his retirement, and I loved reading it. It reminded me of when Darrell Green retired from Washington's football team, or Cal Ripken Jr. from the Orioles. One-team players are so rare (and then you've got Jaromir Jagr in hockey which is a whole different thing....) but they can be such treasures.
