Specific goals:
1. Write an average of 6 days a week, including during Worldcon. Nooooope. Just like in Kansas City, I ended up without good writing blocks during Worldcon and skipped a couple of days; overall I was both more busy and less motivated than expected.
2. Continue working on Wardens of Ivalice, especially the areas that need more fleshing out. At least 3k more words. Not at all; I only poked at it a couple of days.
3. Pick a base work for Remix and write a first draft. Instead, I have a complete first draft of this story as well as a good start on my story for Black Emporium (a DA rare-pair exchange).
4. Regular write-ups for Worldcon and at least one substantial review for LB. No on both counts, although I have ideas about what I might review for LB next.
Well, what can I say; August got busier than I expected with work. On the plus side, I'm pretty excited about my idea for Black Emporium, another round of
ladiesbingo is now upon us, and Worldcon gave me a bit of inspiration to get back into more reading projects, so maybe I'll finish the rest of the year stronger than expected? As for September:
1. Write at least 5 days per week, with a stretch goal of 6. That's per week, not on average -- skipping several days in hopes of catching up later is not practical with a days written goal.
2. Finish and post fics for Remix (due September 9th) and Black Emporium (due September 23rd).
3. Plot out Ladies Bingo line and start at least one story.
4. Participate in Latinx Book Bingo and write as many reviews as I can.
