yeah California has a lot of interesting propositions, and the state's so big that they make a pretty big impact on the country when they pass so that's totally legit (as is wanting to not pay oodles for grad school)

Well we've already confirmed a failure to take back the senate (which was a long shot, admittedly) but the house is still looking pretty good. So hopefully we'll still be feeling upbeat tomorrow :)
