Arrowverse update: Since there was no Batwoman/Supergirl this week, I'm actually caught up for once. I feel vindicated in my sense that it was too early for Jake to learn about Kate's vigilante activity, although I'm a little surprised she pulled that trick on Sophie -- and I wonder how well that lie is going to play when Sophie finds out the truth for real. I'm still hopeful that Mary will get in on the truth soon. I already shared my big takeaway from Supergirl this week; I'll just add that if Lena thinks that literal murder is the only thing that makes a villain, she needs a serious reset of her moral compass. Ralph and Barry's adventure was super entertaining. I wish they'd made it more explicit that the Meister's trap presented as a James Bond set piece (rather than a musical as it had for Barry and Kara) because spies and intrigue are the tropes of Ralph's heart, but it was a fun twist regardless. And the way Joe and Ralph honored Barry's work at as a CSI at the end was endearing, as well. Over in Arrow land, I was surprised at how happy I was to see Anatoly again. He never sat quite right with me as a villain; I much prefer him and Oliver as allies, and I'm glad they see it that way, too. I really wonder what game Mar Novu is playing with Lila, and I hope that all gets settled soon. We're almost to Crisis on Infinite Earths. Everything has been leading to this, and I'm really curious to see how it will all come together.
Person of Interest: I mentioned a bit ago that I was rewatching this show, and I finished it a couple of nights ago. I still feel like this show deserves a real post from me, so look for that sometime this week.
With that finished up, I need to decide what show I'm watching on my own next. There are a ton of things I could watch but nothing specific is on deck; any suggestions?
