I've skipped a couple of weeks so I'm sure I've forgotten some things. We're watching Better Call Saul and Star Trek: Picard, both of which I'll write more about once we've finished them. I feel like it's been awhile since I've watched a movie. And lots of things are cancelled or on hold right now, which leaves us with...
Arrowverse update: I last wrote about Arrowverse stuff on February 24th, and I think there've been at least a couple episodes of each of the four shows since then. A few thoughts as I look back... I enjoyed the Supergirl episode that riffed on It's a Wonderful Life, and it was a fun use of Mxyzlplk. So is Cartwright Scarecrow? The fear gas is his trick, right? Also, interesting choice to introduce a Joker figure and then dispense with her in one episode. (Don't think I missed her full name, though. Sometimes I wish I knew either literally nothing about DC-verse characters and sometimes I wish I could pick up every last easter egg.) I guess I understand why The Flash keeps going back to the Thawn well. But I don't know, I get tired of it sometimes. The most recent Legends episode was super cute. I like that there's at least one show on the docket that knows how not to take itself so seriously.
