If WisCon had been in driving distance, I would have felt far more secure about it. What kinds of precautions is BayCon taking? Mask policies, distancing/lowering room capacities, bringing in air filters? I really appreciated that WisCon built air purifiers out of furnace filters and box fans (aka Cori-Rosenthal filters) and put them in every con room, more than one in larger spaces. I feel like they made a big difference.
I'm still undecided about WorldCon myself; right now I'm leaning yes, but I haven't gotten a hotel room yet. Might depend on how many other folks go and how expensive flights are.
