I feel for you. Once they start their auto-didactic activities you can never tell what will be next. Prudence still loves to play with the Kleenex pocket-packs. They crinkle pleasantly and she likes us to throw them for her to retrieve - yes, retrieve like a dog. We lived with an Abyssinian once and she liked to join us in the tub where she would sit solemnly with only her elegant head above water, gazing at us dreamily. Pru plays with water also but not to that extent. There is no average cat.

BTW: Pru and Charity have both learned to pull open drawers and turn door knobs even without opposable thumbs (unless they are hiding them from us.) Amd Charity likes to sit in the pan whilst it is being cleaned. She has also been know to catch the stray roach and drown it in her water bowl. Ah, the mysteries of the mind of the cat. *sigh*
