It's not 40 as much, but the other three all use present tense throughought the course of talking about multiple things that happen. It's always been particularly interesting to me in Conventioneers since it's so pronounced in the song.

It's very interesting to me that this guess, like several of your others, also applies to the Talking Heads song, which was unguessed when you made them.
