chatty meme

This seems like fun. Swiped from [livejournal.com profile] bottle_of_shine.

Ask me a question about anything -- fandom, real life, music, vegetables, the weather, etc. -- and I will answer you and then ask YOU a question and then the whole process could be repeated if anyone wants to keep it up. If this works, by the end we could know each other so well we're sick of each other and have to quit one another for a while.

That'd scare the shit out of me.

I don't dislike dogs. I nothing them. They're too dependent on their owners for me to truely lke them. Cats are more indipendent and i admire that.

Who was your first love?

My high school boyfriend. We met through a mutual friend and were involved for just over a year, although several months of that was long distance, during my first semester of college. It wasn't a particularly deep or abiding sort of love, but I think it was meaningful. At least it seemed so at the time.

Is there any game that you can play over and over?

Like, every game i've ever owned! I think i might have some sort of OCD, because whenever i get a new game i play it over and over and over and over... like FFX, FFX-2, all my PC games, especially Doom 3 and Unreal Tournament 2004.

What was your first computer game?

The first computer game that I ever played obsessively was probably Arkanoid II, the PC version of the arcade game. I was addicted to that one summer back in high school. But the game that really got me into video games and forced me to finally identify as a "gamer" was my first Playstation game: FFX. T is a gamer from way back, and I had watched him play parts of FF8 and all of FF9 (like watching a very long movie), but with FFX he put the controller in my hands one day and I was hopelessly hooked. To this day, FFX is still my favorite game; I've played it completely through at least three times and parts of it much more than that.
