Title: Salesman of the Year

Prompt: O'aka and Wantz and a bet. For mneme_forgets.
Notes: True drabble (exactly 100 words). I've never written either character before, so I hope it doesn't totally suck. ;)

O'aka scowled down at Wantz. "When I bet you that you couldn't sell potions to the fiends, I wasn't talking, you know, literally."

Though his fingers were frozen stiff with cold, Wantz still managed to clink together the coins he had stolen from the snow wolf after pouring the restorative down its throat. "A bet's a bet, brother. Pay up."

"Okay, okay. We break into the stash of Rin's finest. But just, let me heat it for you first?"

As O'aka stomped off, Wantz leaned back with a satisfied sigh. At last, he'd beaten his brother to the big sale.

This is wonderful. I really love the whole idea and see it as something two salesmen brothers could get up to in their spare time. I particularly enjoy that Wantz doesn't care about winning the prize of the wager, but is only gleeful to have one-upped his brother.

It took me a bit to come up with the hook, but once I did the rest followed pretty easily.
