XD Oh, this is awesome. You did neglect how One, Two, and Three have been reinventing themselves quite spectacularly and drawing new immigrants in recent years, particularly Three, which is about to unveil its new public-works project and show just how much it can improve on its past.

Oh, and there's the fact that Five attempted to revitalize itself a few years back, but simply backslid into obscurity because it doesn't have the underlying resources of some of the other regions.
