There is also Nine, which has the technology of many in the New School states. but still has the same cultural traditions as the conventional Old School ones, which places it in an awkward position.

Also, there tends to be a polarity between members of Seven and Eight. While many of the citizens enjoy both, popular lore states that citizens of Seven are not citizens of Eight and vice versa.
