How you know you're getting old

When you're looking to make plane reservations for a business trip (and perhaps the fact that you're even taking business trips should be your first clue), and you decide it's worth a hundred bucks or more to get non-stop flights and not to have to fly out at six o'clock in the morning.

Also, when you're talking music with friends and it turns out they've never even heard the bands that defined your youth. Alas, New Wave, how you have disappeared into the mists of time. (Except for The Police. Oakland, June 13th. Anyone with me?)

Yay! I'm glad they announced a Bay Area show.

My advice - join or find someone who is a Best Buy Rewards member. You will get a pre-sale access code for tickets.

Or consider joining the fan club (for $100). You also get a presale

The only way we got tickets to Boston was through the Best Buy and fan club presales. Of course, the Boston shows are on a weekend

Too late on the Best Buy thing; you had to be a member as of 2/1, according to the website. I'll look around to see if I know anyone else, though! I might well do the fanclub thing, expensive as it is.

Thanks! :)

I believe Amy joined Best Buy after 2/1 and the code still worked. Might be worth a shot.
