Gippal popped through the tent flap and tossed his prize in Baralai's lap. "You lose!"
"I can't believe you really did this." Baralai fingered the soft fur of Nooj's shoulder guard. "How-- ?"
Gippal plopped down next to him. "He's not exactly gonna notice missing clothes right now." His grin widened; Baralai raised an eyebrow. "From the noises I heard in there, I think we're safe for awhile. Now, about that bet you just lost..." His mouth crashed into Baralai's with enough force to push him back down on the bedroll, and the pelt slipped from Baralai's hands, temporarily forgotten.

In other news, I guess the way to cure writers block is to complain to everyone about how much writer's block you've been having lately. Shakes me loose, every time....

About the drabble - here I always though he used that fur piece to make Paine more comfortable during ... you know. Cute, Kathleen, very cute and fluffly past believing. ;)
