I am wearing the Awesome Red Jacket today and have already received a gushing compliment. I'm thinking I made the right call on this one.
Also, the storage closet where I store my textbooks was cleaned out yesterday. People have been using it as a random crap depository forever -- half the bookshelves are blocked by one thing or another, and I've been agitating to get all the extra stuff out of there. I dropped by there this morning and discovered that all the things that were in my way are gone. Joy and rapture! I haven't talked to my boss yet today; can't wait to find out how she made that happen.
