Weather report

It is my sad duty to inform you all that Punxatawney Phil, groundhog extraordinare, saw his shadow yesterday, thereby predicting six more weeks of winter.

If the wind and rain currently battering my roof is any indication, I'm afraid Phil was probably right.

Apologies for being a day late with this announcement; I had to work yesterday and it threw me off. I'm sure you were all waiting with bated breath. ;)

Ah, but General Beauregard Lee, our local prognosticator, did not see his shadow and is swearing the spring will come early. Who you gonna believe? Some damnYankee or this proud son of the South?
