--Kinoc/Rikku: I'm sure someone has written it.
--Baralai/Paine: Auronlu's rule of thumb for shipdom: whichever pairing contradicts yours and makes your eyes bug a bit will be the most popular.
--ORMI! ARGH!
--Isn't Belgemine voiced by the same person as Dona? Or is that Lucil? I get mixed up.
--Hurt/comfort with Luzzu/Dona is scarily plausible.
--Buddy/Wakka seems very possible, but maybe just because I always assume that Buddy is actually Nimrook, the goalie for the Besaid team (same model)
--Yaibal/Lucil: Crack you up? I think I know who would be cracking the whip.
LeBlanc/Wantz: Attack of the fake accents!
--Pacce/Shelinda: I am so afraid. At least in my universe Pacce's 20 19 or so.

Sigh. Yeah. I mean, my eyes bug less over this pairing than certain other Paine pairings, but I totally hear you.
I did a quick Google search for Kinoc/Rikku and didn't find anything. Doesn't mean it's not out there, though...
Actually, Dona and Lucil (and Pacce) are voiced by the same person. Belgamine is voiced by veteran voice actress Cree Summer, who also did the voice for young Tidus. All hail IMDB!
I agree re. Luzzu/Dona and Buddy/Wakka and Isaaru/Elma.
Regarding methodology: this is how I do it. I have an Excel spreadsheet with 52 major characters from FFX and X-2. Then I go to this random number generator to get a list of random numbers, paste them in the column next to the name, and then sort by number. The first 26 get pasted next to the next 26, and voila! Random pairings.
