best day ever!

My lamps are here!

Okay, maybe it's not the best day ever. But it does make me happy. The lamps are assembled and awaiting light bulbs (I ordered bulbs too, but they are in a different box); then I can decide where is best to put them. Then I am going to tape over the light switch and no one with ever blind me with the evil fluorescent fixtures again.

The right lights can make all the difference in the world. I have three of those Verilux lamps - two floor and one desk. They are the best reading lights ever. The desk lamp is on my bedside table for reading the paper in bed in the morning. LOL

Congratulations on getting these for your work place. Now you have a reason to come back Monday!

Tuesday, actually; T and I are headed to LA for a four-day weekend tonight. But yes. I have the bulbs now and everything is plugged in and working and it is glorious. Two co-workers have already come by to tell me how much better the place looks. All because of three lousy Office Depot lamps. Amazing!
