another update

Eleven is up.

I really sweated over parts of this one (although some sections actually came very easily). I hope it paid off.

I'm going to take a bit of a breather now, I think. Not to work on anything else, just to let what I've already done settle and to give my coauthors time to catch up to and/or get ahead of me a bit. That's the plan, anyway...

I entreat you not to think you must keep to this self-imposed schedule. If you feel the nip of inspiration, write! I promise I can stay ahead and you are giving me so much insight I am loathe to lose it even for a day.

They - Paine and Nooj - are so much alike. They may seem to be coming from different directions but they share so much internally, both being stubborn and proud, damaged in unfathomable ways and coping as best they can.

I think we are going to have to let them speak openly to one another at least once before the end. Do you agree?
