Interesting thoughts, all, and they lead me to think that the best way to work almost everything is to draw a strong connection between Mist and the Fade, although I would also need to bring in the Taint, since I've already connected them. But maybe that makes sense, if darkspawn were created because the Tevinter magisters were mucking about in the Fade. Hmm.
