I'm literally bouncing in my chair right now, I'm so excited to have new fellow Whovians in my life. It's hard to find people who are just now getting into the series, who are willing to have a conversation about the earlier seasons and aren't just OMG MATT SMITH IS SO CUTE YOU GUYS (even if he is).
Nine was my favorite Doctor, personally, probably because he was my first. (Okay, technically Four was my first, but Doctor Who scared me as a kid so that doesn't count.) Rest assured, however, that David Tennant is a fabulous Doctor. It took a while for him to grow on me, but he did, and I look forward to future discussions about your take on him and Rose and other characters as they grow.
Also, I recommend checking out the Torchwood spin-off, which is set some time after Season 2, I believe. It's a bit darker but it has lots of Jack Harkness being adorable and sexy, so it's definitely worth a peak.
And any time you want to squee and/or rage at someone, you know where to find me, because Doctor Who is something I am always, always willing to fangirl about.
