Other things to report in the header? Hmm, interesting. I will have to think about this.

Progress on January goals:
1. Participate in
snowflake_challenge again. I posted a couple of things, but I didn't start into well into the month and, although I know the rules of the challenge allow you to post at your own pace, it seems like you lose a lot of the point if you aren't participating along with everyone else. Maybe next year.
2. Write at least 5 days per week. Not quite, but 20 days in a month is close enough on average that I'll take it.
3. Finish the Person of Interest essay and post it. Not at all. I'll have to carry this one forward into this month.
I saw some folks joking (but not really joking) that January was a long year. I suspect that feeling isn't going away any time soon, and it's going to spill over into our creative endeavours -- how could it not? But the answer, at least for me, is to keep going. So, goals for February:
1. Write more than 5 days per week.
2. Finish that PoI post and write at least one more review longer than a few words on Goodreads.
3. Yeah, it's really hard to come up with more detailed goals for journaling and non-fiction writing, especially now that I'm out of the rush of wrapping up the end of one year and looking forward to the beginning of another. I'll have to think about this some more. More regular posts like the Monday Media Musings? A large-scale research project? What would you all like to see?
