What is your username?

Write a little paragraph about your name, why you chose it, what it means to you, etc.
Both the owl and the moose are animals that were important to me in college. The owl is a symbol of my alma mater, and the moose was the totem animal of my group of friends. ("Why" is a long story that I have detailed before.) It's not a username I've used much, but it's the one I identify with most closely on a personal level, so when it came time to pick a username for LJ it was the obvious choice.
What would you change your name to, if you were changing it?
I really have no desire to. If someone forced me to change, I'd probably add in the KJ somehow, maybe owlmoose_KJ, or kj_owlmoose
Why that?
Because my other usernames have almost always incorporated my initials and I've gotten used to it. At my first job out of college, my coworkers called me "KJ" and I actually rather liked it.
What is your favorite username?
This one.
Why?
Because it reminds me of a good period of my life and of the people I knew then, many of whom are very important to me. Also, the only other place I've ever used it is the online venue where I met T.
