Laziness

Because I worked last Saturday, I have today off. I had thoroughly intended to spend a good chunk of it on the X-2 replay, and for awhile that went well. Then I died horribly several times in a row and lost about an hour of leveling progress. (Stupid difficult to avoid Giant Tonberries.) Now I'm finding I don't have the heart for it. Time to hit the cafe next door for lunch. Maybe I'll be more in the mood when I get back. Or I might even write! Shocking thought, I know.

What's one of the earliest memories you have, and how old were you? :)

The earliest memory I can peg to a specific time and place is being in the hospital for hernia surgery when I was 2. I don't remember the illness itself, fortunately -- my parents say I was in a lot of pain, and really scared -- but I do remember being in the hospital, and bright lights, and the little stuffed dog I got while I was there.
