Writing through November

Some of you may recall that last year I participated in NaBloWriMo: I set myself a goal to post every day in the month of November. I had to do Voice Posts a couple of times because of travel, and some posts were more substantial than others, but I thought it was a good challenge, and for months now I've been looking forward to doing it again.

And then, a few days ago, I did some poking around and found that someone, somewhere, had decided that NaBloWriMo should be October.

Well. Nuts to them, I say. November is the proper month for writing challenges, and, in this space anyway, November it shall be. Anyone else want to give it a try?

Ah, now I undertand. BTW: mine is British for some reason. I deliberately got rid of the southern one when I was entering middle school. Heh!

My apologies. I did not realize you were a member of the tribe. The ones to which I am subject are truly dreadful - nasal and sloppy.

Well, I've lived in Arkansas my whole life, so—! Although different parts of the south have different accents. There are some people not even I understand.

If I ham up my accent, people are really nice to me. That's not shady at ALL. XD
