I can find xkcd to be hit or miss. But when he nails it, he really nails it.

The first one describes way, way too much of my life the last couple years. :D:

As someone in the LJ feed comments says, this should be Wikipedia's official comic. And maybe also F_W.

Did you hover the mouse over the comic to see the alt-text? It's the perfect continuation....

I love so many of xkcd's comics - but that math one you linked to is hilarious. You're right - when he nails it, he really nails it.

Very true, although I have to admit I'm pretty lucky because my father was never that way. Funny thing is, when he was young he had a motorcycle and a leather jacket and all that jazz - but he was, and still is, a real feminist. He's really the one that taught me feminism.

Glad you like it! T has been following xkcd and sending me choice tidbits from it for years, but I only got around to adding it to my LJ feed fairly recently. The math ones are sometimes over my head, but he often has a lot of insight into relationships and online culture.

Yeah, I love his definition of dreaming (http://xkcd.com/203/)!
