Minnesota Public Radio gives us the opportunity to play ballot judge with actual ballots from the US Senate race.

It's neat to see all the different ways that ballots get spoiled and the reasons they get challenged. I voted with the majority almost every time. The only downside is that you don't get what decision the actual ballot judges made in the end.

It'll be interesting to see how this one comes out. At this point it sounds like it could really go either way.

It's really too bad about the Lizard People --they actually had a viable platform this year, I though.

If I understand the process correctly, the reason the article doesn't say what decision the judges have made is because no decision has been made on these ballots yet. I think that these are ballots that are being challenged by one campaign or the other, which means that they aren't counted as part of the recount, but are instead set aside for some kind of election board to resolve.
