so much for breathers

I got about half of Twelve drafted this morning, along with a small but important section of Thirteen.

I am so addicted to this thing. And it doesn't help when new chapters come along at the exact moment that I should be running out the door for work, and then leave me with cliffhangers... Heh.

It is going to be tricky to handle the conversation without using dialogue. And if I quote a line of dialogue, Ry will flay me. Heh! He will be his usual clumsy self in attempting to justify himself afterwards and I hope I can get it to work. Paine must listen to what he is trying to say, not only what he succeeds in getting past his lips. Well, back to work.
