Concert went okay. I think Friday was better. Also my back is very unhappy with me today and I don't know why.

I feel like I should have something more exciting to say, but no. Maybe tomorrow.

So sorry about your unhappy back. Hopefully some verrrrry gentle stretching, heat, and rest makes it better again?

Not sure if it's in the cards for you, but going to a chiropractor was probably the best thing for my lower back pains. Lucky me for being born in an era where bad posture is almost a requirement for our work. It made a world of difference though, as long as you remain diligent.

When you mention said concert -- are you playing in one, or seeing them? It sounds like playing, but I don't want to assume if that isn't the case.
