I actually injured my back in a fall over the summer. Thought it was all better by now, but I guess the pressure that a concert week put on it was more than it was ready to take! Thanks for the suggestion -- I don't think I have insurance that will cover it, but it is something to bear in mind for sure.

Oh, I'm terribly sorry to hear that. It seems that once we injure our backs, they never fully get back to the way they were. The good news about the appointments is that the most expensive part is usually the initial assessment. Most office visits are $40, give or take, so not unheard of to do biweekly to monthly or something. If you're interested and have disposable income, of course.
