My! You are racing for the exit, are you not? It seems as though in spite of your renewed cold, you are using your time off to fine effect. ;)

It's this idea that I might be able to get it done by the end of the year. Starting the new year fresh and all. On some level I know that's ridiculous, that there's nothing mystical about January 1st, but what can I say? I'm a sucker for that sort of tidy wrap-up. :)

We each have our own irrational drives. You are striving to break the ribbon before the first of the new year; I am unwilling to write the death of my protagonist for fear I will kill him in good and truth. Tolerance is the key. I will not mock you if you will not mock me. ;)
