What do we have today?

More lines.

Rain. Buckets of it.

Career fair -- why did I agree to lead the session on resume writing again? Eek.

More congestion. I wish I knew whether this was the same old cold or a new one, or even my allergies acting up (although allergies shouldn't swamp my chest like this), because then I would know whether I ought to bite the bullet and go to the doctor.

Cats. Chasing each other around the apartment. I wish I could bring them to the career fair. That would liven things up.

I'm sorry you're still sick! If you have serious chest congestion, are coughing up things that are interesting colors, or are running a fever, then, yeah, it's worth seeing a doc in case it's a bacterial infection that will respond to antibiotics. But any viral infection they'll tell you rest & fluids, and tylenol or ibuprofen for any aches. You already know that.

I'm on my second cold of the winter, and it's very much a chest cold, so we might have the same thing. It finally seems to be fading after hanging on for over a week, but I'm still coughing up gunk regularly & have yet to feel 100%. My first cold was a head cold. I had about a week of feeling healthy in between them. (Yesterday I informed my body that it is out of sick days, and so can't get sick again for the next several months).
