It was a fun piece to write, different from my usual stuff in some ways. One of the few pieces I've ever written without using X-2 characters at all, which made for a bit of a challenge really. I'm so used to having them around.
So I think it's safe to say that my writer's block is smashed into bits of dust, and just in time, too. Now I can devote myself fully to the other thing that's inspiring me. Not ready to talk about that one yet, though. Let's just say: you'll see. Oh, will you see.
