2. Avatar fans, or anyone who appreciates awesome television: KORRA. There is a trailer. It is awesome. I might need to watch it another fifteen dozen times.

3. I get a weekend! Last week, I did not, so this is much-needed. I kicked it off yesterday evening with a friend's birthday party -- good company, toasted marshmallows, and maybe too much sangria. Today is quality time with T, and tomorrow I anticipate video games, shopping (I need jeans and shoes), and writing. Should be a good time. Hope you all are enjoying yours.

Korra's trailer has me yearning for more Avatar like never before. I initially had reservations about the new series -- not because I didn't trust the creators, just that there was virtually nothing wrong with the original cartoon, so I didn't think the success could be duplicated.

I am happy to be wrong! (Likewise, the second Tintin movie trailer has been a salve for my wounds after the first. Even if I still cringe when they call Milou "Snowy.")

I like the feedback proposal.

I remember seeing so much good work a long time ago that doesn't seem to get much notice from the people new in fandom. I definitely would be more active in promoting work and leaving feedback.
