The first chapter of DSHnD is up.

The next is mostly drafted. It will be the first chapter that we have written in alternate sections, so it will be our first attempt to stitch our separate pieces together into a whole. Exciting stuff!

guilty pleasures meme

Not really tagged, I just felt like doing it. :)

Guilt	What is yours?	Explain yourself
Culinary:	conversation hearts	After Valentine's Day is over, I scour the sales and pick up as many cheap bags as I can manage. I know they lack food value utterly, but I can't help it.
Literary:	trashy romance novels	Only ones that are written half-decently. But still lack any literary merit whatsoever. I don't read these as much as I used to, but I admit to the occasional indulgence.
Audiovisual:	Friends	This only becomes a guilty pleasure around the sixth season or so. But I even enjoy the later stuff. It's like TV comfort food.
Musical:	bad '80s pop	I'm not talking about New Wave, either -- I mean the *bad* stuff. Like, the inferior, poppy albums of bands like Genesis and Chicago and the Moody Blues.
Celebrity:	Jim Carrey	I feel less guilty about this since "The Truman Show" and "Eternal Sunshine...." but I have to admit that he still churns out an awful lot of dreck.
