2013 DA Kiss Battle will be a go!

Yes indeed, it will happen again. Exactly when depends on my DABB due date, but at the moment I'm thinking February 7th through Valentine's Day -- Thursday to Thursday, includes a weekend fairly early in the process, no major holiday or fandom conflicts that I know of. Thoughts?

Also if someone spiffier than me with graphics, and/or with a larger screenshot collection, could make a banner I could use for advertising, that would be fabulous.
