May. 10th, 2006 06:43 amDSHnD 14 is posted as per usual. Remember a few weeks ago, when we were all gleeful about something we were working on that was to come later? Welcome to later.
Next week is the Mozart Requiem concert. Our final working rehersal was on Monday. It went well, and we sound good, but I'm really wishing we had just one more, to take another run at the "Kyrie eleison" and "Osanna" fugues. I felt like I'm finally on the verge of really truly knowing how they go, rather than just being close enough that I'm not lost from beginning to end. Hopefully I'll be able to really grab onto them at next Monday's dress.
So, next Friday, 8pm at Stanford Memorial Church. Anyone want to come?
